Harper Leads SPCA Donation Drive
7/28/2010

Rep. Kate Harper (R-Montgomery County) is holding a donation drive for the Montgomery County SPCA.

“My dog, Scout, has everything he could ever possibly need, and quite a few things he doesn’t need,” Harper said. “Dogs, cats and other animals at the SPCA are often in need of the most basic supplies. This is an opportunity to help provide for them until they find their permanent homes.”

The SPCA is in need of the following items:

  • Pet foods, especially canned foods.
  • Towels.
  • Cleaning supplies.
  • Small litter boxes.
  • Litter, preferably the non-clumping variety.

The shelter will not be accepting any pet toys.
