Harper to Offer Extended Hours at Blue Bell Office on Thursdays
BLUE BELL – Working to ensure convenience and accessibility to state services, Rep. Kate Harper (R-Blue Bell) will hold extended hours at her Blue Bell office on Thursdays starting this week, on Jan. 11.

The office, which is typically open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays, will now be open until 6 p.m. on Thursdays. Harper’s office recently relocated to the historic Boxwood House, located at 1098 Skippack Pike.

“While there are many ways to reach the office outside regular office hours – such as email, Facebook and my website – sometimes there’s just no substitute for face-to-face contact,” Harper said. “Keeping the office open an extra two hours on Thursdays will give more people that option.”

Services available at Harper’s office include, but are not limited to:
  • SEPTA Senior ID cards.
  • Assistance with state programs and services, such as the PACE/PACENET prescription benefit program, Property Tax/Rent Rebate program and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
  • Forms and documents, including birth and death certificates, state income tax forms, handicap parking placards, absentee ballot and voter registration applications, and various PennDOT-related services (including titles, registrations, driver’s licenses and more).
  • Complaints or questions about state agencies.
  • Road condition concerns.
  • Copies of legislation, state maps and more.
The office can be reached by phone at 610-277-3230, on the web at www.KateHarper.net or by email at kharper@pahousegop.com.
