HARRISBURG – The Montgomery County SPCA’s efforts to care for and find homes for animals in need is featured on the August edition of Legislative Report with Rep. Kate Harper (R-Montgomery).

Harper’s guest on the program is Steve Conway, humane educator for the SPCA, who conducts a variety of community outreach efforts, including visiting area schools to talk with kids about the responsibilities of pet ownership and offering pet therapy to hospital patients and personal care home residents.
